Spend an exciting day on the water with this 3-hour guided kayak tour of the Sesimbra coast. You will be amazed with the Cliffs, caves and tunnels that characterize Sesimbra's Natural Park. You will reach and stop at one of the most beautifull beaches in Portugal, Ribeira do Cavalo. A professional kayak guide will provide all the necessary gear before leading you on a gorgeous tour. We can pick you up in Lisbon centre and cross the Tagus River and the 25th of April bridge, we will take you to Sesimbra where you will kayak along the coast of Arrabida Nature Park and learn about the natural geology of the Luiz de Saldanha Maritime Reserve. If you find it easier to come by yourself, you will meet us on our Kayak and Outdoor Centre in Sesimbra's harbour. WIND gives you the opportunity to practice coasteering, as well as other sports/adventure disciplines, having access to specific experiences and courses, depending on your intention and need. The training and integration are carried out by experienced and highly qualified technicians. Coasteering Coasteering consists of the progression along of a coastline where immersion in water is a part of the activity. Participants will have to cross rocky and aquatic areas using a variety of techniques including climbing (no technical level and low difficulty), swimming and water jumping. A rope may also be used for safety purposes, e.g. lifelines. Some Coasteering route may also include more technical activities such as rappelling, via ferrata and tyrolean traverse/slides.
