Playa De Los Tocones is located on the Atlantic ocean and it is in the 61th place out of 224 beaches in the Puerto Rico region 21.4 km away from its center, the city of San Juan. It is one of the beaches of Dorado settlement, just 5.7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Playa De Los Tocones shoreline is completely occupied by the hotels. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, toilets. .
