Soufriere beach is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 8th place out of 23 beaches in the Saint Lucia region 18.5 km away from its center, the city of Castries. It is one of the beaches of Soufriere settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains.
It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and bright shell sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
A significant part of the beach has a restricted access. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.
