Bakio Beach is located on the Biscay bay (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 11th place out of 18 beaches in the Biscay region 16.7 km away from its center, the city of Guernica. It is one of the beaches of Bakio settlement, just 0.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.
It is a spacious bay with crystal blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.
