Playa Lekeitio is located on the Biscay bay (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 11th place out of 18 beaches in the Biscay region 15.3 km away from its center, the city of Guernica. It is one of the beaches of Lekeitio settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.
It is a spacious bay with crystal blue water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is very crowded place during the season.
