Blast beach is located on the North Sea and it is in the 4th place out of 4 beaches in the County Durham region The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.
It is a spacious coastline with turquoise water and black sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, pet owners etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.
Blast beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .
Please note, that this shore has a significant low tide.
In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.
Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.
