Whitehouse Bay Beach is located in Edinburgh within Dalmeny, which makes it not only easily accessible, but even popular among tourists. However, during the high season it is quite uncrowded, which allows you to spend a comfortable time on the coast.
The beach stretches on the sunny coast, within the boundaries of the settlement, it is not difficult to get to it. If your stay is located not far from the beach, you can reach it by walking. In this case you will not be tied to finding parking or to the schedule of public transport. If you are traveling by car just use your navigator. In any case, do not forget about the availability of public transport and taxis.

"A lovely hidden gem. It's not hugely attractive but quiet with lots of rocky areas for rock pooling and some sandy beach areas as well. Good for lockdown as there is plenty of space. Great views of the bridges and across to bass rock and fife"

"Great spot to chill out and see the bridges. Path runs alongside with plenty of room for cyclists also. Lots of seals reported in warmer months.
One thing I have noticed however across all Fife towns and seaside's is the rubbish and dumped dog poo. It's not that hard to put something in the bin or take it home to your bin. And call people out if you see them littering or not..."
