Hunters Beach is located on the Atlantic ocean and it is in the 27th place out of 28 beaches in the Maine region 124.6 km away from its center, the city of Augusta. It is one of the beaches of Islesford settlement, just 4.3 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade. This beach is not a well-known place, so it is well suited for a relaxing leisure.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and rocks cover, so it is highly recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Hunters Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .
