Uvala Vela Draga
10 Nolan Kestrel

This beach is absolutely perfect and can be accessed by boat. It's not crowded at all and the water is incredibly clear.

Cesarica beach
10 Magsy

The beach offers a stunning view of the mountains and the island. It has a gradual slope and the water remains shallow for a considerable distance. It is an ideal spot for families with young children as there is a natural pool on the right with warmer water. The mixture of saltwater and freshwater creates a refreshing experience. There is ample parking available along the road, and a smooth descent from the parking lot to the beach allows off-road vehicles to park comfortably. Some shade can be found here until noon, after which it becomes scarce. The water is teeming with fish, making it worthwhile to bring a mask or goggles.

Vela beach
10 Aurora Delgado

It's impossible to put into words how stunning this beach is. Even photos don't do it justice. The water is crystal clear and although it's chilly, it's incredibly refreshing in the scorching 31+ degree Celsius heat. I absolutely adored it.

Plaza Senj II
10 Vani Vance

We managed to secure a last-minute booking for a camper van spot. Unfortunately, our van encountered some issues, so we made the decision to stay overnight. The beach is situated right in front of the designated parking area for vans, although it lacks shade for scorching summer days. However, since our stay was only for one night, it worked out perfectly. The konoba and bar on-site are quite enjoyable. Additionally, the showers and toilets are exceptionally clean! Another great aspect is that dogs are allowed. Moreover, the price is reasonable. Furthermore, the city center is conveniently just a three-minute walk away!

Lopar beach
10 Lirien Mosse

The beach offers of fine, velvety sands that are incredibly soft and a delight to walk on. It is an ideal spot for families with young children, as the shallow waters allow kids to venture further into the sea without the risk of deep waters. The beach is a paradise for sandcastle enthusiasts, offering ample space to create stunning sand structures. For those looking for a more comfortable experience, umbrellas and sunbathing beds can be rented for 60 HRK. However, there is still plenty of room for beachgoers to bring their own gear and make the most of this stunning location.
