It's a mystery to me why so many people claim that the only way to reach this beach is by boat. There's actually a land route that can be taken in a variety of ways. To make things easier, I suggest downloading the alltrials app, which has detailed descriptions of the different routes. It's important to wear comfortable shoes (no flip-flops, please!) as the road can be quite steep at times. On rainy days, I'd recommend avoiding the beach altogether as the descent can be treacherous. Once you arrive, there are plenty of things to do. You can take a boat to Las Galeras (although it can be a bit pricey at 2000-2500 for two people), or you can enjoy drinks and food at the beachside bar. As we sauntered over from Playa Breman, a jaunt of about half an hour, we were greeted with a somewhat arduous route. And once we arrived at the beach, we found ourselves unable to take a dip due to the presence of stones and the unruly waves. This stretch of sand is also referred to as niningo beach, for those who are keeping track.
This is my first visit to this location and I must say, it is absolutely stunning. There is a lovely, spacious pool and the beach is just a short walk away. The condos are fully equipped with all the essentials you need, such as kitchen tools, towels, a coffee maker, and even a washer and dryer. All you have to do is bring your own food and you're good to go. I highly recommend these condos if you happen to be in the area.
