The water is extremely safe due to its shallow depth for a considerable distance and the presence of breakwaters. During my visit in early July, the water was delightfully warm!

Nearby, there's the Trabocco Valle Grotte restaurant, which is the best in the area. I highly recommend going there for lunch or dinner and enjoying the incredible atmosphere. There aren't many parking spots, but don't worry about leaving your car on the street.
