What a delightful discovery at the close of summer! The staff, from the vigilant lifeguard to the friendly bar ladies and valet, were all incredibly hospitable. For a mere 15 euros in late September, we were able to rent an umbrella and two comfortable deckchairs in a serene and immaculate setting. The bar offered a variety of scrumptious sandwiches and salads that were both uncomplicated yet satisfying. And let's not forget the stunning sea view – absolutely breathtaking! Kudos to the establishment for providing such an enjoyable experience.

The pristine waters glisten with clarity, while the beach itself remains immaculate. Although the shoreline is composed entirely of pebbles, it still provides a comfortable spot for lounging. The swimming experience is exceptional, and the beach is perfectly positioned to catch the breathtaking sunset.

This beach on the Tirreno side of the Basilicata coast holds a special place in my heart as my second favorite. The crystal-clear waters are truly mesmerizing, and the sand's darker hue sets it apart from other beaches in the area, earning it the name Spiaggia Nera or Black Beach. However, the sand's color also means it can get extra hot, so it's advisable to bring comfortable sandals or wetshoes. Staying until sunset rewards visitors with an incredible view of the sea and sky, framed by the stunning rock formations on the left side. The Lido Spiaggia Nera and its bar staff are exceptional, providing excellent service. Visitors can rent umbrellas and seats on the beach, but there's also a for free section. However, visitors must bring their own umbrella as there are no shaded areas, and the sun can be unforgiving. If you're into standup paddleboarding, this beach is a must-visit destination. Other water-based activities like renting a kayak and going on a guided tour or snorkeling are also available. However, parking can be a bit tricky due to the terrain, and visitors must climb a long set of stairs to access the actual beach. Overall, I highly recommend this beach to any beach-goer looking for a unique and unforgettable experience.

The petite beach is a delightful retreat with crystal-clear waters and immaculate sand. It is surrounded by towering cliffs that offer breathtaking views and hidden caves that can only be reached by swimming. The beach is perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts who can explore the underwater world and discover the vibrant marine life. In mid-June, the water temperature is just right for a refreshing dip. During weekdays, the beach is not crowded, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
