While it may be crowded in the summer, there was plenty of space in September and the beach-goers were considerate and well-behaved. While not ideal for snorkeling due to the sandy bottom, there are some areas with rocks and seaweed where fish can be found. The water is completely transparent and relatively calm, providing excellent visibility.

This charming little beach boasts crystal-clear turquoise waters, though be aware that it does contain quite a few rocks. Accessible via bus 6 from Cagliari, it's a short 15-minute walk from the bus stop. For those with their own vehicle, there is a public parking area available at Spiaggia di Sant'Elia.
The water is amazing and perfect for swimming. It's not windy at all, and you can easily reach it by taking a public bus from Cagliari. You can either get off at one of the first stops in Poetto and walk for about 17 minutes along the road, or catch another bus directly to Calamosca Beach. However, it does get quite crowded during the summer months, and keep in mind that it's a very small beach.
