Playa El Tecolote

The beach is a stunning location that gives you the sensation of being in a hidden paradise. I highly recommend visiting in the morning. DETAILS 1-) It takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the beach from Gazipasa, with 15 minutes of that being on an old one-lane road. 2-) Once you park your car, expect a 5-minute walk to reach the beach. 3-) Please note that there is no internet or phone signal available. 4-) Remember to bring along beverages and snacks. 5-) Please be mindful of the environment and clean up after yourself. Let's show our love for nature by properly disposing of our garbage.

This beach is absolutely stunning! There are two time slots available to visit, one from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and the other from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We decided to go for the 8:00 am slot and arrived at 7:40 am to queue up. We were 109th and 110th in line, and only 400 people are allowed in per session. We were able to drive into the beach parking area to unload, but then had to park our car about 600 meters away. After setting up our things under a palapa, we took a walk up the hill for some breathtaking views, which we highly recommend if you're able. When we returned, we were ready for a swim. There are also kayaks available for rent, and if you walk to the other side of the rocks, you'll find an even more secluded beach that you can see from the top of the hill. When our time was up, we headed to Tecolote beach nearby for the afternoon. Overall, the views were just amazing.

El Coromuel Beach

We stumbled upon this spot while exploring La Paz from Todos Santos on a beautiful, sunny Tuesday with a temperature of around 75 and a light breeze. There were no crowds and easy parking. It seemed to be a popular spot among the locals, with couples and families enjoying the beach. They provided umbrellas, chairs, and tables, and we ordered some delicious civiche and guacamole with generous portions. The big bottles of Pacifico were quite popular. The staff was very friendly, although they didn't speak much English, which was not a problem. People's radios played a pleasant mix of music in the background. The water was clear and calm, and warmer than the Pacific side. Overall, it was a great place to relax for the afternoon.

This petite yet charming beach boasts a pristine expanse of ivory sand that's simply delightful. It's conveniently located in close proximity to the town, making it easily accessible. While there aren't any dining options available on the beach, the natural beauty of the surroundings more than makes up for it.
