We had a large group of 16, including small children, for lunch. Afterward, we went swimming for a few hours. Unfortunately, after only three people had showered, the water was suddenly shut off. The staff then demanded payment to turn it back on! It was outrageous that little kids were unable to rinse off the sand after playing. Definitely not family-friendly.
