This beach is one of our cherished destinations. It remains unspoiled, with few visitors and is meticulously maintained each day. The ocean is safe and serene, devoid of any dangerous rip tides, and is free from the cacophony of jet skis and banana boats that often disturb the peace of other paradise beaches. Vendors are present but not overwhelming, and they are cordial and humorous if you decline their offers. The motto here is no pressure, no problem. St. Lucia, we adore you and are grateful to have explored the rest of the West Indies.

We strolled leisurely from the cruise terminal to the beach, taking advantage of the mostly paved sidewalk. As we approached the shoreline, we noticed that the central area was noticeably serene, with the luxurious Z resort located directly behind it, boasting several upscale dining options. We also spotted a few rustic shacks that offered refreshing drinks and perhaps even some delicious food. On the left end of the beach, there was a bustling bar area where we enjoyed some tasty drinks and snacks. The water was a sight to behold, with its stunningly clear blue hue and lively waves that provided ample opportunities for frolicking and having fun.

The resort was absolutely stunning. It is definitely one of the most incredible beaches I have ever visited in the Caribbean. The staff members were incredibly friendly and the food was exceptional. The only drawbacks I encountered were that a shuttle is practically necessary to navigate the resort, and in the evenings, the restaurants are all open without any fans, resulting in a rather humid and hot atmosphere. Nevertheless, it was an overall delightful experience.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I strongly advise against staying here. Our experience was absolutely terrible. Our room was broken into and our engagement ring was stolen. We strongly suspect that the staff members were involved, as there were no other guests at the resort during our stay. What's more, there were no signs of forced entry into our room, and it was locked when we returned. This indicates that the thief had a key to access our room. When we reported the incident, we received no assistance, and the so-called security guard refused to acknowledge us or address the situation. Due to this incident, we decided to cut our stay short and only stayed for one night instead of the planned two. The managers were of no help the next morning when we spoke to them. They claimed there was nothing they could do and showed no remorse for the situation. In fact, they seemed perplexed as to why we were leaving. We had just gotten engaged 72 hours prior to our ring being stolen. It was an absolutely dreadful and terrifying experience. If you are planning a trip to St. Lucia, I strongly urge you not to stay here. Instead, consider staying at Ti Kaye resort.
