I spent a week at Playa Bastian beach in December 2019. It was peaceful, not at all crowded, mostly English and German seniors and families with kids. The access to the sea had quite a lot of stones but there was also some sand. The underwater life was interesting, making snorkeling enjoyable. There were toilets and showers outside. I highly recommend it, although the weather is warmer and sunnier in Puerto del Carmen. There were plenty of great bars around and prices were much cheaper than in larger cities. Not far away is a Spar shop. Definitely five stars!

That place was a peaceful oasis. I had the pleasure of strolling by on my way from Arrecife to Playa Honda. It had a delightful urbanization, making it a great spot to get away from it all.

Parking is a breeze and there are restrooms available. It's a short walk or bike ride from the beach to the airport. There are some great cafes close to Playa Honda.
