The waves were tumultuous, yet the scenery was delightful. The ocean was wild, but the sights were breathtaking.

This location is a hidden gem! It's a gorgeous natural pool with lifeguards, mostly locals and hardly any tourists. The atmosphere is really pleasant and there's plenty of parking. It's an ideal spot for a relaxing swim.

Punta Del Hidalgo Pool

The beach area is nothing special. The natural pool is okay, but it's nothing extraordinary. The restaurant and changing rooms are alright, but the toilets are free, which isn't really a plus.

Playa de los Troches

This spot isn't the ideal spot for a swim (due to its rocky and wild nature), nor is it perfect for sunbathing, but it's the perfect place to take a seat on the rocks, listen to the waves and dip your aching feet in after a long hike to Chinamada and back. A must-visit for a unique experience!

Playa Tamadiste

This stunning stone beach is surrounded by lush green mountains and has a beautiful pond nearby. To get here, you have to take a 6.5 km path from Taganana, which goes through the vineyards, or from Afur. Best of all, entry to the beach is free and open to the public.
