We had consumed a few bottles of water and some iced coffee. I requested an additional bottle of water. The waitress brought it over and, without inquiring or inspecting, poured it into one of the unclean glasses on our table. I informed her, "That glass previously contained coffee." However, she disregarded my comment. When she presented the bill, I asked her for a fresh glass and a new bottle of water. She declined my request, suggesting that she would bring me a glass of tap water to replace the one she had poured into the dirty glass. (!) I insisted that she should have provided me with a clean glass regardless. In a rude manner, she uttered something and eventually brought a new bottle and glass.
We had a pleasant camping experience in a beautiful lakeside location. There are plenty of options for walking and biking in a region that is definitely worth exploring. The camping area is nicely shaded with an abundance of trees, although the pitches are a bit too close together. There is ample parking available near the campgrounds, which is convenient for visitors or those with multiple cars. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
This is a lovely little beach! I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of crowds when I visited. They're planning on adding a spot for grilling with charcoal or wood, which is fantastic. The only thing that would make it even better is if they had picnic tables.
This beach, located on the border of the canton of Vaud, is incredibly serene and stunning.
