Nungwi Beach

Zanzibar boasts some of the clearest beaches, and this particular one is no exception. However, the constant presence of hawkers can be a bit bothersome as they try to sell you something every couple of minutes. Despite this, it is still a beautiful beach overall.

This beach is definitely the best place to catch a sunset! We visited one evening while staying on the opposite side of the island, where the sunset isn't visible. It was a great experience watching the sunset from the beach, with locals performing dances for us. The beach offers a variety of activities, shops, restaurants, and bars that are lacking in other parts of the island.
