This beach on the southern coast of Trinidad is quite picturesque, but let's not get carried away. The water is relatively clean, but only during the dry season - so don't expect any miracles. It's a decent spot for families with kids, but don't count on any luxury facilities. The washrooms are available, but they're not exactly five-star. Plus, they seem to have a mysterious schedule that's always changing. And let's not forget about the coastal erosion that's slowly but surely chipping away at the shoreline. But hey, at least it's still a pretty place to check out - for now, anyway.

The water was peaceful and beautiful. The facilities could use some improvements, but overall it was clean. The stand selling local sweets and ice cream was fantastic!
