Mission - all beaches

The stunning Toco beach boasts crystal clear waters that are perfect for swimming and lounging. Visitors can indulge in a variety of local delicacies and refreshing beverages from the vendors selling their wares. On weekends, the beach comes alive with a vibrant atmosphere that is sure to put a smile on your face.

The beach was quite tranquil and peaceful. Although I didn't swim in the ocean, I still had a great time there. I visited towards the end of the nesting season for leatherback turtles, but unfortunately, I didn't get to witness any of the hatchlings. However, I did spot some of their empty eggshells scattered along the shore. I definitely plan to return when the turtles make their way back to the beach.

Wow, what a stunning sight to behold! I highly suggest bringing along a trusty 4x4 or AWD ride to get to this beach, but don't fret if your vehicle isn't towering high. Mind you, we visited during a dry spell, so if you're planning on making a splash when it's wetter, you might need to aim higher. Sadly, I didn't capture any snapshots of our journey to share with you all.

The prices are reasonable and the customer service is generally good. I would definitely come back without hesitation.

This region is a fantastic destination to explore and boasts one of the most scenic long drives around. However, it's important to exercise caution when swimming since it's located on the North Coast.🙂
