Seabluff Beach

Wow, this beach is absolutely stunning. The water is remarkably cleaner than Hammonassett Beach, although it is a bit colder. Non-residents can expect to pay $2.5 per hour for parking. The sand is immaculate and free from any shells. Despite being quite busy, the beach is still spacious enough to enjoy without feeling overcrowded. There are plenty of activities to enjoy such as swings, volleyball, and even porter-putty. I have definitely found my new favorite spot.

The pristine beach in this secluded location is impeccably maintained, with not a single speck of litter in sight. Its exclusivity adds to the allure, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere for those seeking a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This is one of my favorite spots and we make an effort to visit frequently. The picnic area is fantastic and the nearby playground is always kept in good condition. Unfortunately, parking is limited to residents only but it is conveniently located.

Silver Sands Beach

The location looked great, and the majority of the staff were pleasant. However, the food was terrible. I wouldn't eat there again even if someone paid me to. The Penny alvodka with mixed vegetables and sausage and peppers were particularly disappointing. I might consider going back, but only if I could bring my own food.

This cozy and serene beach is a hidden gem that exudes tranquility. Its pristine condition is what sets it apart, with amenities such as picnic tables, a playground, basketball and volleyball courts, and a water sprinkler area for children. Although it requires a fee of $70 for non-residents of Guildford, it is open to the public and allows dogs. The beach is not overcrowded, which makes it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. It is worth noting that the sand is decorated with numerous seashells, and jellyfish are present in the water. However, the absence of a daily pass is compensated by the availability of a season summer pass, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a relaxing retreat.

The beach offers breathtaking sunset views that are sure to leave you in awe. You can indulge in some delicious fried food and soft serve ice cream from the goodies concession stand. The sand is replenished every spring, ensuring a decent quality for your beach experience. It is conveniently located near the harbor, making it easily accessible for fishing enthusiasts. Although lifeguards are not always present, they do make occasional appearances. During the summer, you have the option to display your Milford sticker or pay for parking.
