Clearwater Beach

This beach is absolutely stunning! The sand is soft, there are plenty of shells, and we even saw dolphins, sunsets, and rainbows. We visited on a weekend and it wasn't overly crowded. Although it can get busy during the hot summer months, there are nearby attractions like an aquarium and fantastic hotels with restaurants. Plus, if it gets chilly in the evenings, there are plenty of places to escape to.

This beach was pleasant and well-maintained. It had a decent number of visitors, but not an overwhelming crowd. The people there were considerate towards one another. When we visited in early June, there was a significant amount of kelp.

We had an incredible time at the beach! The facilities were impeccable with pristine restrooms and changing rooms. The outdoor shower was a refreshing touch. The beach and water were just what we were hoping for - not too crowded and absolutely perfect. It was an amazing day spent with our loved ones!

This beach is a beautiful spot to check out, especially if you stick around for the sunset. Feel free to snap as many pictures as you'd like and soak up the sand, water, and ocean breeze. If you find yourself with some extra time, head over to Keegan's Seafood Grille for a drink, lunch, or dinner. Let me know what you think! Now, let's talk about the 12th Ave Beach Access. It's a great place to visit, but here's the deal: there are no public bathrooms, limited free parking, and only one handicap spot. On the bright side, beach access is free - not the best news, but it's good to know. The beach itself is narrow but pleasant, perfect for the local community and those in the know. If you do visit, please remember that there are no cleaning services available, so be sure to clean up after yourself. As one sign at another entrance says: "Leave nothing but your footprints."

We had a great time during our stay at this beach. The elevator, as others have mentioned, is a bit slow, but I've seen slower ones before! We ended up using the stairs quite a bit, which was perfectly fine. The beach itself is stunning and surprisingly not crowded at all. We made use of the chairs that were provided and they worked out perfectly for us throughout the week. The pool was always clean and well-maintained. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future! Additionally, there's a charming little French bakery just a block away that serves absolutely amazing pastries. We dined out almost every night and never had a single disappointing meal!
