From the beach to the tropical rainforest. It's only a short walk from Playa Negra and you’ll begin diving into the rainforest. First crossing an old cacao farm. Then you’ll pass three humble huts of indigenous families. One hour in you'll be in the depth of the forest. This jungle has species of plants and shrubs with healing properties. A wide variety of palms and giant trees over 250 years old. About 2 hours in you’ll be approaching a great surprise. Descend to the KEKOLDI river. Following it until we encounter an imposing 45 meters high waterfall. Enjoy swimming and appreciating the tropical jungle at this secret and remote place. After enjoying this magical, it’s time to head back to the start. You should know we will be walking in the jungle, so you might get some mud on your shoes. And if it's raining we will still get mud so don't let a rainy day stop us. Total distance is 10km. For some people the hick could be a challenge.

“We will leave Puerto Viejo at 7:45 a.m. and drive for about 30 minutes to the Bribri Indigenous Reserve. In most cases, your guide will be a native Bribri guide from the Duriwak Bribri clan. Parque Nacional Cahuita has the largest system of Coral Reefs in Costa Rica, including 6 species of coral, a wide range of colorful tropical fishes and the occasional encounter of a harmless reef shark or sting ray. This beach has a horse shoe shape, with the entrance of the park at one end and beautiful Punta Cahuita at the other end. We start with a scenic 20 minutes boat ride to have two snorkeling sessions. Then we get drop off at the Punta to enjoy a nicely presented fruit and snacks break at the beach followed by a 1.5 hour/3.5 kms guided hike in this wonderful coastal forest : monkeys, sloths, birds, iguanas and other interesting encounters are common and complemented with great info from your guide. This is a package of three activities where you can discover what Tortuguero has to offer, plus it also has a breakfast and 2 hours of free kayaking The first activity is the canoe tour, starting at 6 am and lasting 2h 45 min. Animals such as alligators, birds and some mammals can be seen, among others The second activity is a hike on the jaguar trail. This activity starts at 11 am and lasts 2 hours. On this trail it is very common to see white-faced monkeys, bird snakes and sloths. The last activity is a night walk at 6:30 pm and lasts approximately 2 hours. This activity is to see animals such as frogs, snakes, a wide variety of insects, nocturnal birds, among others. The activities can be done all the same day or the other option is to do the night walk the first night and the next day do the canoe tour at 6 am and then the day walk at 11 am.

Our tour will take you 2,400 meters of fun and adventure where you will travel the wonderful trails of Nativo, full of flora and fauna. In one of the sections of the aerial route we will have the possibility to make the descent from a platform to the ground with the Tarzan swing. Add another twist to the adrenaline and try our Superman cable, for a little extra!* It will slide for 450 meters at a height of 90 meters, at its highest point, in the same flying position as the famous superhero. We have 6 cables + 1 to perform a test and receive instructions, the platforms are which we launch from one point to another for each cable are 2 platforms in total are 6 cables and 12 platforms where we start and finish each cable.
