In the afternoon, wind permitting, we sail and everyone participates in the manoeuvres. Before sunset we usually moor in a small port on one of the Greek islands on our itinerary. The villages are always great to visit and the Greek tavernas serve very tasty and cheap food. With the right conditions, we will also sleep in a quiet and sheltered bay, with an aperitif at sunset and dinner under the stars!

The boat departs from tourist port approximately at 09:00. The ship will arrive at Symi Island port after approximately 1+1/2 hour and remains there for 3+1/2 hours. The guests will be having a guided tour along the narrow streets of the village Yalos and the opportunity to visit the local sponges and spices shops. Afterwards the guests can have lunch at traditional restaurants and can have free time to spend on their own, where they can explore the village and take some beautiful photos. Afterwards the ship will sail to the next stop, Panormitis Monastery. They will have about 45 minutes to visit the monastery. At ship will arrive at Rhodes port and from there coach will transfer the guests back to their accommodation.

A visit to Panormitis Monastery is a must experience! This convenient transfer, budget friendly provides pick ups from Pedi bay and from the Bus stop at the village of Symi. The current monastery complex was constructed in 1783, replacing the earlier chapel. It is a majestic structure with a blend of architectural styles, including Byzantine and Venetian influences. The monastery is renowned for its towering bell tower, which is the largest Baroque-style bell tower in the world. Also, there are two museums, one ecclesiastical and one secular for both visits. A wealth of ancient treasures is packed into central Athens.
