We visit stingray City, a natural Sandbar 5.5 miles from shore where the Stingrays congregate to be fed. Your Captian is a 'Stingray Whisperer' with 10 years professional expierence with the Stingrays, he will introduce to some of our favorite Stingrays, who have even earned names, like; Darth Vader, Big Mama and Freckles. Next is Snokeling at the Coral Reef. Here the First Mate will accompany you in the water to guide you around the reef, point out marine life and keep you safe. Starfish Point is last and is a seculded beach home to many Red Cushion Sea Star Starfish. There are only a handful of bioluminescence or bioluminescent bays in the Caribbean, and not many more than that in the world. They only occur in certain places because they only happen naturally under very specific conditions. The water in Bio Bay is very warm and salty with an abundance of nutrients and seagrass, the perfect environment for special microscopic plankton. These plankton occur all over the island, and all over the Caribbean, but the concentration we find in Bio Bay is what makes for a fantastic experience. Because of these plankton “bioluminescence,” it produces a very short burst of light when stimulated by movement. The Bio Bay is best viewed by floating in the water. With snorkeling gear, you’ll float in this magical bay mesmerized as your movements create trails of light in the water. This shimmering light show is awesome, and if the timing and conditions are right, you might even see the mating glow worms which occur two to three days after the full moon.

Your trek to the bioluminous bay leaves at 5:30 PM in winter months and 6:30 PM in the summer months from the Cayman Island Yacht Club Dock B Slip 43. Enjoy a beautiful Cayman sunset on the way to Starfish Point. Bring your own beverage, light dinner or snack to enjoy on the boat or the beach. Coolers and ice water are provided. After leaving Starfish Point we head into the beautiful bio bay and spend 30-45 minutes in the bay. You can swim in the bay wearing a snorkeling mask and life vest or stay on the boat to view this amazing sight. Enjoy star-gazing on your journey back to the dock. You might even see a shooting star on a clear night! Tour is back at the dock by approximately 8:00 pm or 9:00 pm, depending on season and departure time.
