Learn about the history of Hierve el Agua, a set of petrified waterfalls distinguished by their white color and their height of over 200 meters. The tradition of the day of the dead in Oaxaca is something you have to live at least once in your life. It is only the 31st of October evening and we have few places available. We will visit 03 pantheons of the most important: General Pantheon, Xoxocotlan Pantheon and Atzompa Pantheon. The pantheons open their doors for family, friends and visitors to enjoy this tradition that is one of the most important in Mexico. Music, food and tradition is what awaits you. Meet the pantheons with local guides, who know and will give you all the details of this tradition. We will be small groups for each group to have their transport with their operator, tour guide and coordinator. everyone will be aware of every detail. We will have a meeting point, where the vans will be ready with their group name and their day of the dead offering: flowers, bread, chocolate, candles and mezcal.

Our experience is an educational tour to learn about the culture of mezcal and all the tradition that surrounds it. We will begin our trip starting from the center of the city of Oaxaca and we will visit the towns of Mitla and Matatlán. There we will take a walking tour through our majestic agave fields with thousands of specimens, where we will be able to learn more about this plant, as well as having enough time to do a couple of activities and of course the best photographs. Then we will continue to an artisan mezcal distillery to learn step by step, the entire artisan process of making our drink.
