San Sebastián del Oeste is a centuries-old silver mining town and Pueblo Mágico in the Sierra Madre: cobblestone streets, white colonial walls and a quiet plaza with a bandstand. On the way up, your guide shares the history of Mexico. You'll stop at a hacienda that makes its own artisanal tequila for a tasting, then at a family coffee farm to see organic coffee go from plant to cup. Lunch is included at a local comedor: quesadillas, machaca, beans, rice, chicken mole and agua fresca.
