Gansbaai is known as the great white shark capital of the world and is only a two-and-a-half hour scenic drive from Cape Town. It is here that we will make your dreams come true! This marine wonderland is the closest place in the world where you can safely see these apex predators in their natural environment. Great White shark behaviour has been unpredictable since Orca predation in 2017. We work with various shark species, including Bronze Whaler and sevengill sharks.

From 15th JUNE to 30th NOV, 2026 WHALE WATCHING WALKING TOURS - in Hermanus, South Africa - - Whale Watching Walking Tours of Hermanus take you on a gentle walk along our very scenic paved walk-ways of the pretty coastal cliff tops for 2 to 3 hours, with our experienced Whale Watching Tour Guide who will take you to all the hidden coves and inlets that the Whales love to frolic in and due to the cliffs being vertical, means that the Whales can literally be only a few metres away from you. A visit to our Whale museum will start the tour. (Entrance fee included in your tour fee).
