This is a truly unique experience that'll get your adrenaline flowing. You need an average level of fitness to fully appreciate this activity. You will be swimming on your "bug" either face first or sitting up using your legs for propulsion. We give you webbed gloves to aid steering and movement. Although this style of canoeing is deemed a calm and peaceful session the look over the edge is a breathtaking sight, but with our staff on hand, there is nothing to worry about, especially with a safe footpath on the opposing side. After this it is then a breeze down the canal, learning and developing skills across the way with some games and challenges thrown in. Our endpoint is the Sun Trevor pub which is a great location for some good quality grub and a cold drink.
