The Lençóis Maranhenses sand dunes are located on the eastern coast of Maranhão. The tour departs from the municipality of Barreirinhas which is the main gateway to this fantastic natural beauty. The dunes span from the coast to 15 miles inland, and in between the sand dunes are countless clear lagoons. These lagoons are formed with the rains of the rainy season that ranges from December to July. This tour will take you to this grand, unique National Park. We visit one of the different lagoons depending on time of year: Lagoa Azul (May to August) or Lagoa Esperança (September to April).

The Jewish tour of Recife and Olinda is a very special experience for those interested in learning more about the presence of Jews and new Christians in Recife – in the 16th and 17th centuries. The Guide historian will take you to know the main milestones of the Jewish presence in Brazil and about the Brazilian colonial economy, the religious culture of the Brazilian people and about the European wars that brought Portuguese Jews from the Netherlands during the 17th century. In Olinda we will visit some of the main churches, markets and streets of the colonial period and main vestiges of the Marrana presence in Brazil in the 16th century, in addition to the house of Branca Dias, and a mikveh (purification tank) that is representing the "marrana" cultural resistance in the colonial era. . In Recife the tour will be in the historic center where concentrated most of the Jewish community during the Dutch period of the 17th century we will visit the first public synagogue of the Americas.

Leaving in the morning, we pass by the main beach of Jeri and arrive at Praia do Mangue Seco, 5km from Jericoacoara. On this tour you will visit Tree of Preguiça, due to the strong winds of the region, this famous plant grew lying, like who is taking a nap. Depart at 8:30 AM aboard a Toyota 4x4 for an approximately 1-hour trail through the lush landscape until reaching the first lagoons, starting with Lagoa do Gavião. Next, we head to the open sea, enjoying breathtaking views. The tour continues to the village of Canto do Atins, home to the restaurants of Mr. Antônio, Mrs. Luzia, and Carminha (Ponta do Mangue), where visitors can savor local specialties such as grilled shrimp, fish, and sun-dried beef. Afterward, we proceed to the village of Atins and visit the mouth of the Preguiças River, where it meets the sea. The return journey includes stops at more lagoons of the Lençóis Maranhenses, including Lagoa das Sete Mulheres, Lagoa da Tropical, and Lagoa do Kaite, among others, offering opportunities for swimming and enjoying the unique scenery.
