A place where people flock to for some much-needed relaxation and escape from the daily grind. But let's not kid ourselves, shall we? It's really just a stretch of sand and water with a bunch of people crammed onto it. Sure, the water may appear crystal clear and warm, but let's not forget about the countless tourists splashing around in it, leaving behind their sunscreen residue and other unmentionables. And let's not even get started on the sand, which seems to find its way into every crevice of your body no matter how hard you try to avoid it. But hey, maybe I'm just being cynical. After all, who doesn't love the feeling of sand between their toes and the sound of waves crashing against the shore? One of the most beautiful beach in Las Galeras. Lots of people, somehow crowded, but It did not compromise. With restaurant, tents with massage, beach chairs to rent. Lots of amenities to enjoy. The food at Isabel Restaurant was amazing. Fresh fish with lots of side dishes. Ask the locals to indicate the place.

One of the most beautiful beaches, not only in DR, in the world! You can go by boat or walking through the amazing forest. It’s around 40 minutes - an hour. But you won’t regret it. You can go by car to “La Boca Del Diablo”, when you arrive you will understand why :) Park there and then take a walk to the beach.

Ranta on ehdottomasti henkeäsalpaava. Lomakeskuksen ruoka on poikkeuksellisen upeaa, parasta mitä olen koskaan maistanut. Jokainen henkilökunnan jäsen on uskomattoman ystävällinen ja avulias. Vaikka se voi olla hintavaa, saat ehdottomasti vastinetta rahallesi laadun suhteen.

Henkilökunta ja majoitus olivat erinomaisia. Itse saari on hyvin eristäytynyt ja turvallinen. Rehellisesti sanottuna lähellä oleva mantere vaikutti varsin köyhältä, enkä tarkoita kuulostaa ylimieliseltä, mutta olen kiitollinen 15 minuutin venematkasta turvallisuuden vuoksi. We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing resort from December 2nd to 10th with our family of four, including our 7 and 11-year-old kids. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the property and the breathtaking views. The modern design and aesthetics of the resort were truly impressive. Patrizio, the General Manager, and his team have created a fantastic community here, and their commitment to hospitality, warmth, and outstanding friendly service is truly unmatched. The buffet restaurant offers a delicious and fresh selection of food that will satisfy even the most discerning palate. The kids club and sports/activity staff are exceptional, and I must mention all the other staff members who contribute to making this resort so magical - the housekeeping team, pool/beach staff, grounds crew, front desk, restaurant, bar, security, and more. The daily activity calendar is filled with a variety of fun options for all age groups. Whether you want to relax and unwind or participate in interactive sports and activities, this resort has something for everyone. And don't miss the incredible nightly performances by the dancers, singers, and acrobatic team! Poor experience overall - not worth the premium paid - will not go back again. Lack of attention to details from a few servers and cleaners (have to ask multiple times for something before they bring it to you). There’s quite a difference in quality between servers, some do an excellent job (I want to highlight Oscar at the open buffet, Manuel, Marsco and Hilda at Coco Plum, and Ahmet at the bar - give these wonderful people a raise) while others did a poor, unengaged job - will not give names even though I could. The Club Med receptionist who welcomed us upon our arrival and took us to our room looked like he couldn’t care less about us - the guy needs customer service training urgently. Low cleanliness standards - our room at the Emerald Jungle could have been much cleaner (washroom was clearly not being disinfected/washed with cleaners), got food poisoned the very last night (avoid burgers cooked at the beach BBQ), the back of dinner plates had not been washed properly at the open buffet one night. Disappointed by the beach - this was the main reason why I had chosen this location. Very nice and quiet, and “pristine” but their Zen section looked like a construction zone with rocks, delineator posts and danger tape here and there. I can understand that work may be required but they should at least make it look better maintained and professional than what it was. Every time we went in the sea, we would have to mind a huge gap between the beach and our chaises longues or do a detour, which was not convenient at all. One thing I noticed, some of the staff will ask you to leave them a personal review, which comes across as not so genuine imo - basically licking your butt just so they can have a 5-star review or something. On a positive note, Theo, the Chef de Village, is a good man and very professional. I believe he had just started a few months ago. That being said, he’s got some work to do to make the experience better. Club Med Punta Cana, where I stayed 2 years ago, was far more superior in service and quality compared to Miches. This is not a 5-star hotel. See it for yourself but you’re now aware!

The beach itself is absolutely beautiful, transparent waters, all sandy ground, on one part with a fun wave caused by a sand bank. The shoreline is quite steep on some parts, so when going in, you're in hip or breast deep water in just a few meters, but it stays like this for a good 50-100m. The sand area is a bit littered, it doesn't seem like the locals keep it very clean, and bordered left and right by two all inclusive hotels who blast their music on the beach, additionally to the locals who love to bring their music boxes and mount a party on the beach. It is a quite crowded beach, due to its good access. So if you're looking for quiet relaxation and few to no other people, you better head further down the beach towards the nature reserve. You can rent two sun loungers + umbrella for 1000 RD$, one plastic chair for 150 and only an umbrella for 500. There is no shade on the front line, only in the access part of the beach are a few trees that provide good shade, if you don't mind the ants on the floor. We haven't seen any food shops, but there is a bar with shadow on the entrance of the beach and a couple tourist shops right on the shore. There's a large parking at the entrance, where you "can pay a fee or not" to the security guy to "watch" your car. There are no public showers or bathrooms. It is not allowed to bring animals. It's a blue flag beach so the water quality is monitored and good. Perfect place to watch the sunset.

I recently visited a beach that was touted as one of the most untouched and unspoiled in the country. While the trail that cuts through a lush coconut forest leading to the beach was initially charming, the experience was quickly marred by a strong and unpleasant odor. The area was littered with crab parts, likely from the local fishermen who catch crabs in the nearby river. Unfortunately, it seemed that the garbage had not been picked up in months. The stench was overwhelming and made it difficult to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Adding to the unpleasant smell was the rotting sargasso that had accumulated on the river bank. This seaweed had completely ruined what was once a beautiful place. I was disappointed to have to leave a negative review, but I hope that by sharing my experience and reaching out to the appropriate authorities, something can be done to restore this natural wonder and make it enjoyable for the people of Nisibon.

This beach is a real pain to get to. It's tucked away in a remote location that requires either a grueling hike or a tedious boat ride. The hike itself is a treacherous 45-minute journey that takes you through a narrow crevasse, making it unsuitable for anyone but the most experienced hikers. Even if you do manage to make it there, the beach itself is nothing to write home about. It's small and secluded, with little to offer in terms of amenities or entertainment. And while there is a cave to explore, it's hardly worth the effort. Overall, this beach is a hassle to reach and offers little reward for your troubles.

A visit to this stunning beach is an absolute must-do on our three-beach tour. The experience is simply excellent and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The natural beauty of the beach is breathtaking, and the crystal-clear waters are perfect for swimming and water activities. You'll love the soft sand between your toes and the gentle sea breeze blowing through your hair. This beach is truly a hidden gem, and we guarantee you won't be disappointed. Voi, mikä ihana aika minulla oli rannalla! Näkemäni upea maisema oli tarpeeksi saamaan sydämeni sykkimään nopeammin. Olin yksinkertaisesti sanaton ympäröivästä luonnonkauneudesta. Kirkasvetinen meri ja pehmeä hiekka jalkojeni alla olivat todellinen nautinto aisteille. Oli kuin olisin kuljetettu paratiisisaarelle kauas arjen kiireestä ja hälinästä. The beach itself is absolutely beautiful, transparent waters, all sandy ground, on one part with a fun wave caused by a sand bank. The shoreline is quite steep on some parts, so when going in, you're in hip or breast deep water in just a few meters, but it stays like this for a good 50-100m. The sand area is a bit littered, it doesn't seem like the locals keep it very clean, and bordered left and right by two all inclusive hotels who blast their music on the beach, additionally to the locals who love to bring their music boxes and mount a party on the beach. It is a quite crowded beach, due to its good access. So if you're looking for quiet relaxation and few to no other people, you better head further down the beach towards the nature reserve. You can rent two sun loungers + umbrella for 1000 RD$, one plastic chair for 150 and only an umbrella for 500. There is no shade on the front line, only in the access part of the beach are a few trees that provide good shade, if you don't mind the ants on the floor. We haven't seen any food shops, but there is a bar with shadow on the entrance of the beach and a couple tourist shops right on the shore. There's a large parking at the entrance, where you "can pay a fee or not" to the security guy to "watch" your car. There are no public showers or bathrooms. It is not allowed to bring animals. It's a blue flag beach so the water quality is monitored and good. Perfect place to watch the sunset.
