This beach is the marathon runner of sandy stretches, clocking in at a whopping 13km. If you're feeling particularly ambitious, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll all the way to the water's edge - just make sure you pack snacks for the journey. At low tide, the beach seems to stretch on endlessly, giving you plenty of time to appreciate the sand's firmness underfoot. And while I've seen some pretty impressive beaches in my time, only the Maldives can compete with the captivating sand on display here.
