We visit a factory, outlet or palenque of mezcal to have a tasting of this traditional alcoholic beverage of the state. Our experience is an educational tour to learn about the culture of mezcal and all the tradition that surrounds it. We will begin our trip starting from the center of the city of Oaxaca and we will visit the towns of Mitla and Matatlán. There we will take a walking tour through our majestic agave fields with thousands of specimens, where we will be able to learn more about this plant, as well as having enough time to do a couple of activities and of course the best photographs. Then we will continue to an artisan mezcal distillery to learn step by step, the entire artisan process of making our drink. At the end of the tour, we will have an unlimited tasting of different varieties of mezcal. Our exciting half-day journey starts when we meet you at your hotel's lobby. We will reach to Escobilla the most important beach on the world for the see turtles where every year thousands of turtles come to this beach and ley their eggs that´s then when we will do the baby turtle release. This adventure begins in the historic center of the city, where we will have our meeting point and pick you up in one of our units. For our first experience, we will head to Santiago Matatlan, the Mezcal Capital of the World. Here, you will be part of the process of making mezcal. You will cut agave, taste cooked maguey, pack your own bottle and get to know our ripened mezcal cava. But the most amazing thing hardly comes, and it is our tasting of more than 12 different Mezcales. Any of you like it? We can try it again. And finally, we will visit the maguey fields where we will discover why it is such a noble plant. You take care of enjoying and taking photographs, that teach you and have fun we will take care of.
