South Beach is a small but beautiful beach in the small city of Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA. The beach, with white sand and blue waters, is an idyllic place to spend some time. Waves they come to the shore are very shallow, but crystal clear. The shore line is characterized by tall bluff on one side with green vegetation. In summer, a large number of visitors come here for swimming, canoeing and other sporting activities.
There is parking facility, but that is not very big. Portable toilets are available.
The beach is right on Lake Michigan. And also has a great sand on the beach. Perfect for making sand castles. Parking is close by, although there isn't much parking maybe 40 50 cars.
Also there is no beach house at the speech, you have to drive just north to the North Beach area to change and use the toilet.
The South Beach only has a porta potty. And that one is just gross I don't think they maintain it very well.? Overall great though.
