El Dorado hotel beach

We spent our honeymoon at El Dorado Seaside Suites and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The service was absolutely top tier, every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time. The room was just as pictured: clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding (plus, room service was a dream. fast and so good). Speaking of food, every restaurant we tried exceeded our expectations. From breakfast to late-night bites, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were also a highlight, we met so many fun and talented bartenders who kept the cocktails coming and the vibes high. Whether we were at the swim-up bar or relaxing beachside, we always felt taken care of. Overall, El Dorado Seaside made our honeymoon unforgettable. We’re already planning our return trip and this time, bringing friends!

Deze accommodatie was geweldig evenals het vriendelijke, behulpzame personeel! Het terrein werd altijd schoongemaakt en onderhouden. Mijn enige probleem was met het Driftwood & Italiaans restaurant en de shuttles. Het eten bij Driftwood was totaal niet appetijtelijk! Er was een man die mijn man en ik ontmoetten die zei dat hij voedselvergiftiging had gekregen van de zalm die hij had gegeten. Het Italiaanse restaurant ontbrak het aan smaak, en ons eten duurde even om te komen. Ten slotte, aangezien de accommodatie erg groot is, moet je shuttles nemen, maar na 22:00 uur moet je alles op alles zetten om er een te vinden die je naar je gewenste locatie brengt. Er zou een constante shuttle moeten zijn die elke 15 minuten naar alle bestemmingen rijdt.

We had an incredible stay at El Dorado Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautifully maintained, the food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. A special shoutout to Luana, Benjamin, and Octavio — our amazing animators who truly made our stay unforgettable. Their energy, kindness, and dedication brought so much fun and life to our vacation. Whether it was the pool activities, evening entertainment, or just their positive presence around the resort, they did an excellent job and made every day more enjoyable. Thank you El Dorado team for such a memorable experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We went for a family members destination wedding. The resort rooms are beautiful there is room service we didn't use. The room has a mini fridge that's always stocked daily. Towels bed making and cleaning daily. The bathroom is beautiful the circle bed can be used for someone to sleep on. We initially got 2beds and got an upgrade at check-in the upgrade was a king sized bed, for me and my sister so that was eh. The swim up balcony pool was cold we went in the cousins we didn't use ours at all. The food was amazing the swim up bar pool also nice the beach and view was beautiful. The foam pool party was fun. The ocean had so much seaweed people were cleaning it out all day and night. Italian and Japanese have to be reserved. The buffet for breakfast was delicious and driftwood was my favorite. There were events on the resort like Mexican fiesta and acrobatics my sister went to yoga on the pier and nobody showed up to instruct. There are small stores everywhere I got a stuffed crab for my daughter $58! Needed sunblock $35 typical. The resort offers "more inclusive" excursions that come at no extra cost nickelodeon water park being one of them!! We did a spa treatment which was amazing I did a facial and my sister got a massage on the beach! The spa has 1hr hydro service consisting of sauna, cold room, pool, and hot tubs absolutely amazing. You can add on services. I really wished we had more time there it went so quickly but it was so worth it and so much fun I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Aside from the wedding group plans my sister and I also booked plenty to do the beach has many cabanas you can relax on even the balcony in the rooms have foam bed I woke up one morning and slept on it for a few hours. The jet tub in the room was nice and the shower is superate from the toilet room very very nice the shower head is a rainfall shower head with a detachable shower head there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash spa quality in the shower. I included many photos from various areas of the resort including the spa I wished I had more of the bathroom in the room. Happy and safe traveling

De kamers waren schoon en ruim en zich op zwembadniveau bevinden was geweldig! AL het personeel dat we tegenkwamen was altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We vonden vooral onze shuttlechauffeurs, Fernando en Francisco. De activiteiten ter plaatse waren leuk, vooral het Silent Party - we genoten daar echt van. Het eten was goed - hoewel ik op mijn laatste dag "de wraak van Montezuma" had :( Eenmaal thuis was ik weer oké dankzij Pepto-Bismol en Imodium (TMI?) :) Het lobby personeel, het wachtpersoneel, het roomservicepersoneel, het schoonmaakpersoneel - iedereen was uitstekend! Ik zou je hotel zeker aanraden aan mijn vrienden en familie.
