Dit zanderige stuk kustlijn is inderdaad een lust voor het oog. De lokale bevolking is gastvrij genoeg, maar verwacht geen wonderen als het gaat om het onderhoud van de stad. Het gebrek aan investeringen in infrastructuur en planning is even opvallend als de zon boven ons hoofd. Toch is het strand zelf een pareltje en is de keuken meer dan voldoende. Alles bij elkaar genomen, geef ik het een duim omhoog.

Toen we 's nachts naar het strand gingen onder het mom van de nacht, ontdekten we een serene sfeer met weinig bezoekers. Ondanks dat het nog in ontwikkeling is, ondergaat het strand aanzienlijke infrastructurele verbeteringen die zeker de aantrekkingskracht ervan op bezoekers zullen vergroten. Tot onze vreugde struikelden we over een speelse puppy die de charme van onze ervaring versterkte.
