There are two important varieties of truffles: white truffle (Tuber Magnatum) and black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum). During this shared tour you will be on a small speedboat with a maximum of 10 passengers for a more intimate and personal atmosphere. We will try to find dolphins in an area away from all the other dolphin watching boats so you can peacfully enjoy them. Respectful approach towards dolphins (turn off engine while beeing close). If we don't see dolphins you can join us free of charge on the next tour. At the end of the tour you will have the opportunity to see the old town from the sea perspective.
