The view at Beach View is amazing, but the noise from the construction site is too much to handle. It's best to visit on the weekends or during lunchtime to avoid the noise.
This beach is perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear blue water while enjoying stunning views of the surrounding Alps. However, it's important to be cautious as the water gets deep very quickly, which could be dangerous for non-swimmers. Additionally, at a depth of about 3-4 meters, the bottom becomes obscured due to the high mineral content in the water.
The beach is clean and beautiful. It's a really lovely park that we definitely need more of. The park is mostly grass, with a drop down at the lake that resembles a concrete pool. Unlike American beaches, there are no rocks or sand leading up to it. It's a great place for picnics.
This is our favorite spot by the lake so far! We spent the entire day here. Despite it being a Saturday, we had no trouble finding enough space for all 10 of us. There are plenty of trees providing shade if needed. The kids were constantly entertained with diving boards, a water slide, a volleyball court, a paddling pool, and table tennis. We were able to rent life vests for our less confident swimmers from the kayak rental place, and there were multiple lifeguards on duty. The snack bar offers simple snacks like hotdogs, chips, and pizza, as well as cold drinks. We had an amazing time.
The beach offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, clear water, areas for both shade and sun, room for ball games, shallow pools for children, and a 3m springboard for diving. The only downsides are the challenging parking situation and the crowds, so it's best to visit during off-peak times if you can.
