We ll stop there for 1 hour where you can swim in the cave ,dive from above if you are adventurous enough,step at the nearby pebble beach with the unique water spring is located.It s a magnificent place approachable only by sea! Next stop will be Kato Koufonisi and we ll have a splendid bbq lunch break wih a variety of delicacies ,home made by local naxian products and plenty of options for vegeterians/vegans accompanied with local wine, water and soft drinks. Next stop will be Ano Koufonissi for a 2hour stop,where you ll be free on your own to stroll in the village,swim at the nearby beaches or get at low cost a sea taxi to take you for a brief visit to other beaches. We 'll depart at approx 17.15 and we ll be back at Agia Anna s port at 19:00

Every morning, we get our catch from Captain Dimitris (galanogiannis_boat), a fisherman who has worked hand in hand with us the last three years and without whose help and support serving fish onboard would not have been the same. No middlemen, no frozen shipments, just what the sea offers to Captain Dimitris that day, respectfully taken and lovingly prepared for you to enjoy on deck, surrounded by the same Cycladic waters it came from. Everything we cook and serve is bio, real, seasonal, and full of flavor. We hand harvest sea salt from the rocks near Panermos, gather wild capers and pick lemons and oranges from our family’s trees. We collect and dry oregano and other herbs and we produce and use only our own olive oil. Most of the things you taste, if not everything, are locally sourced. Savor the journey with us!

We begin our journey from Kalantos, leaving behind the golden sandy beach and paddling east toward the famous Rina Cave.
