Hidden Gem of a place, pass through holiday haven campgrounds, lake one side walk along and you reach the Tasmania sea most beautiful white sand Conjola Beach. Youtube : @nidhinmj9 Instagram: nidhinmj9
this incredible beautiful place really got me. you need to go through Holiday Haven camping ground to access this beach, if driving, should go very slow (10km/hr) and watch out pedestrian and small animals like kangaroos, ducks etc...public toilet is near parking and wheelchair accessible ramp up to lookout. when in low tide, you can even walk cross to Cunjurong beach.
A delightful family beach with vast and wide open spaces for all beach activities for young and old. The sand is fine and creamy white, lots of dunes and coastal vegetation, and good swimming and surfing. From the carpark there's a long ramp for disability access to the beach, and a lookout in the dues above the ramp. Expansive fauna and flora. Some areas fenced off to protect the breeding grounds of endangered birds (please observe the signs). Lake Conjola opens to the sea at the north end of the beach; great area to explore.
This is such a beautiful location and a fantastic upgraded board walk since I was hear last which allows wheel chair access all the way to the beach . If you like a sun rise this would be a special spot to start the day . The ramp or stairs just near toilets off the car park
Really pretty beach, the whole of lake conjola is teeming with wild kangaroos, I think we spotted around 30 wild kangaroos from 6.50 to 7.10pm and then about a dozen when we returned from dinner around 10pm. Love lake conjola
