Being right next to the very popular North Narrabeen means this beach is often very quiet and peaceful especially earlier in the morning. Beautiful location for a walk during sunrise. There is a fair amount of street parking at the top with a short walk down some stairs to the actual beach itself.
Nice beach, a short walk from Narrabeen. Better for surfing than swimming due to the waves. Not too crowded with interesting rocks lining the beach :)
Not too crowded and located near the very popular Narrabeen Beach. We visited since it was a very sunny day and Narrabeen was basically full. There are no lifeguards here, so just be careful when swimming or surfing as the waves are pretty big and the sea is quite salty. The cool breeze is very nice, but it also brings a lot of sand with it, meaning that you'll have sand constantly being thrown towards you and it is quite painful. Due to this, the beach was practically empty at around 4pm. Parking is pretty accessible and lots of free parking on the side of the road. There is also a long flight of stairs to reach the beach, so be prepared for that. Overall, still a nice beach and a recommended visit, especially for couples who want to enjoy a peaceful stroll in the afternoon.
Lovely place...not much for swimming but if Ur waves fan then this the place ..not much crowded
I have been here several times to take pictures of the sunrise scenery. Suitable for family and friends gathering here. I especially liked the scenes with rough seas and mossy rocks. When the tide is low, you can pick up conch and the like on the gentle sand, which is very interesting. .The only inconvenience is that there are no public toilets here.
