Zdecydowanie odwiedzimy ponownie.

Really busy day the day we visited. We still managed to get street parking. Beach was crowded as it was during a heatwave. Still got a lovely spot on the beach and had a lovely day and a really nice swim as water was warm. Lovely sandy beach with a beautiful lighthouse. Shallow water goes a good distance out. Little beach/coffee shop which we didn't try so can't comment on it to much but looks nice. Would definitely visit again.

Balbriggan Beach offers a wonderfully accessible and multifaceted coastal experience, proving that you don't need to travel to the furthest corners of Ireland to find a refreshing escape. It's a place of two distinct but beautifully connected halves. The beach itself is a lovely, wide stretch of sand, perfect for a traditional seaside stroll, breathing in the fresh, salty air. Its close connection to the town is a major plus, meaning you're never far from a warm cup of coffee or a bite to eat after your walk. This layer of comfort and convenience makes it an effortless destination for a quick, restorative break from the everyday. But the real treasure here, for me, is the coastal path that begins from the beach area. The user-rated 'medium' difficulty is spot on. The trail offers just enough challenge with its gentle inclines and varied terrain to make you feel like you've had a proper, invigorating walk, but it remains perfectly manageable. As you move along the path, the views open up beautifully, offering panoramic seascapes that are especially atmospheric on a classic cloudy, moody Irish day. This walk is what elevates the location from a simple beach to a genuinely rewarding outdoor activity. Balbriggan provides a fantastic combination: the simple pleasures of a town beach with the soul-stirring reward of a proper coastal hike. It is an ideal spot for anyone looking to stretch their legs, clear their head, and enjoy the rugged beauty of the coast without venturing too far from civilization.
