You will also have the chance to swim near the coast, diving into the clear waters of the Ligurian Sea. Once everyone is back on the boat, we will head to Punta Mesco, the most northwestern point of the National Park. From there you can admire the fascinating landscape of lights and colours and - if you are lucky enough - you will see the dolphins playing on the surface of the sea. In front of the shaded Sanctuary Square stands a monumental cypress (the oldest in Liguria!) and a majestic leccio. This private guide tour will make you discover the wonders of Manarola, an enchanting village suspended between the sea and the hills, surrounded by small vineyards. At the heart of it, an ancient cellar keeps the secrets of local wine production, while a rich degustation will allow you to unveil their taste, together with the world famous "focaccia". In Cinque Terre, this time you will fall in love with taste.

You will start the experience with the visit of an historic wine cellar in Manarola which has been preserved through the years. Then, you will reach the Tasting Room with an AIS professional sommelier who will guide you in this sensory experience. You'll taste 3 local wines using all the senses.

The aim is to make the real Cinque Terre known, their history which is very much linked to the production of wine, for this we will take a walk in the vineyards to be able to see up close the famous dry stone walls and the vineyards clinging to the rock. Later we will visit an authentic and ancient production cellar in the country and then we will taste with a technical guide of a native sommelier of Manarola and connoisseur of the wine of the Cinque Terre and their history. We will taste 3 wines and recognize the different wine aromas and its sensations.

I'm wine lovers, but specialy, cinque terre wine lover, i'm sommelier from 15 year, and is very emotional to feel scents and aroma in wine, to feel the different, i can learn to feel every thinks. After walking, is very interesting to tasting wine product in front of the sea, where, we stay before!!!

Since 2019, we are the first to offer Vernazza an experience dedicated to preparing pesto in the mortar, combining cooking, territory, conviviality, and tasting. You will learn to prepare pesto by hand, using selected ingredients. The experience takes place in a typical Cinque Terre cellar, with stone and wood, reminiscent of the atmosphere of old Vernazza. 12:30 - PESTO CLASS We will start with wine, focaccia, cheeses, and extra virgin olive oils. You will prepare your pesto in the mortar while tasting a second wine. The pesto will then be used to dress the gnocchi which you will eat with a third wine. We will conclude with limoncello and chocolate. 3:00 PM or 5:30 PM – PESTO SNACK CLASS After a taste of wine, you will prepare the pesto in the mortar while tasting a second wine. We will accompany it with focaccia, cheeses, oils, and a third wine. Finally, a real little shoe with bread and focaccia directly in the mortar!
