Oceanico is the original dolphin & whale watching organization in Huatulco. We are the only company in Huatulco with a spotter at the Lighthouse that finds the whales and sends to the boat right to them. There is a maximum of 10 guests for the best views and adventures! Our bilingual crew of Naturalists are passionate and experienced marine wildlife experts. Our 8.6 meter boats are fast and maneuverable so we can reach the best areas to see the dolphins and whales. I am originally from the Zoque ethnic group of the Chimalapa community, Isthmus Region, Oaxaca state, I come from a chocolate family by tradition, here I can share my experience and knowledge that I have acquired over the years. In honor of my community, we have decided to call the project Chima, which in the Zoque language means “jicara”.
