The training and integration are carried out by experienced and highly qualified technicians. Coasteering Coasteering consists of the progression along of a coastline where immersion in water is a part of the activity. Participants will have to cross rocky and aquatic areas using a variety of techniques including climbing (no technical level and low difficulty), swimming and water jumping. A rope may also be used for safety purposes, e.g. lifelines. Some Coasteering route may also include more technical activities such as rappelling, via ferrata and tyrolean traverse/slides.

The Sado Estuary Natural Reservation in Setúbal is a privileged natural habitat for dolphins and other cetaceans. During this approximately 3-hour sea tour, you will have the opportunity to observe these magnificent animals in their natural habitat while enjoying the beauty of the coast of Sesimbra and the surrounding region. The big difference of our activity is the presence of a marine biologist aboard, who will share fascinating information about dolphin behavior, local biodiversity and marine conservation, making the tour educational and enriching. Get on board with us and discover the wonders of the Sesimbra Natural Park, with its magnificent secret beaches and stunning caves — all guided by a local fisherman. We'll begin at "Cais Espadarte", heading towards Sesimbra’s most famous wild beach... "Ribeiro do Cavalo". Our next stop will be the deserted beaches of Mijona and Inferno. We’ll then head to an ancient whaling site, where you can still see the old structures used for that activity. Nearby, we’ll visit "Praia da Baleeira", a beautiful and peaceful beach named after the ancient boats used to hunt whales. Here, you’ll snorkel once more and enjoy a taste of a local liqueur while soaking in the calm beauty of the bay. Finally, we’ll head towards "Cabo Espichel" to explore more caves and unique rock formations. Throughout the tour, we’ll share stories and local curiosities about the coast and the Natural Park, that only a local fisherman can share with you — all while you enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

Spend an exciting day on the water with this 3-hour guided kayak tour of the Sesimbra coast. You will be amazed with the Cliffs, caves and tunnels that characterize Sesimbra's Natural Park. You will reach and stop at one of the most beautifull beaches in Portugal, Ribeira do Cavalo. A professional kayak guide will provide all the necessary gear before leading you on a gorgeous tour. We can pick you up in Lisbon centre and cross the Tagus River and the 25th of April bridge, we will take you to Sesimbra where you will kayak along the coast of Arrabida Nature Park and learn about the natural geology of the Luiz de Saldanha Maritime Reserve. If you find it easier to come by yourself, you will meet us on our Kayak and Outdoor Centre in Sesimbra's harbour. You’ll kayak a total distance of between 6-10 kilometers full of beauty and nature sightseeing!

Supervised by a specialized guide, Snorkeling is a great activity to discover the Prof.Luìz Saldanha Marine Park, an area of thriving biodiversity where over 1400 different species have already been identified. This is the marine area of the Arrábida Natural Park (established 1998), with a 38kms long rocky coastline stretching from the “Figueirinha” beach, by the mouth of the Sado river to the “Foz” beach, North of the “ Cabo Espichel”.
