I was on vacation with the children at the end of October, beginning of November When we approached our building I was shocked A terrible faded concrete building that stank of Alya 70s perfume + the stench of a hospital is the first impression just from entering It turned out that parking on the territory is paid 300 rubles per day 😅 and you have no options as above only the road and Miskhor park where there are always a lot of cars I can note that the staff are all friendly, but the rules that were invented on the territory of the sanatorium have already outlived their usefulness.... Here's an example We only go to the canteen with red cards, if you forgot your card you have to go back and believe me the path there is decent, especially since I had small children with me !!! Green cards for the POOL!! separately for each person, BUT TO GET INTO THE POOL you still need to go to the nurse who asks to show your legs and, without even conducting an examination, issues a coupon that is attached to a green card and then you can go to the pool. The pool is actually an interesting story, where the floor is terrible, old showers, the last time I saw something like this was in the camp 🤣 the children fell several times, because the floor is like on a skating rink, there are no rubber mats In the evening when you want to take a shower, don’t even dream that there will be hot water, but in the morning and during the day there was it, thank God 😅 We liked the food, the beach and views from the balcony were beautiful, cinema and cats (I hope they are allowed to warm up in cold weather), park nearby, children's room, playground There were different emotions in this place, but I don’t want to go back there anymore The contingent of people is very diverse, then a grandmother will come out yelling why it’s noisy on the playground, another grandmother will yell why the hell are your children laughing and having fun early in the morning... Such a pleasure on vacation for 7000 a day

I liked everything) Very friendly and welcoming staff. They explained everything upon check-in, showed where everything was, and even gave us a packed lunch, since we didn’t have time for either lunch or dinner. We settled on the 6th floor of the 11th building. It is clear that repairs are being made, but, of course, a lot still needs to be done. The elevators are new, we used the freight elevator. The room has everything (small refrigerator, kettle, a couple of glasses and a couple of mugs with spoons, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI). The bathroom requires renovation, although everything works properly. Bed linen is changed once a week, toilet paper - as needed. Disposable "soap and snout" - upon arrival. The general impression is a mixture of the 80s and modernity)) The territory is gorgeous, there are many beautiful trees, the “embankment” has been renovated. Gorgeous views of the sea and Ai-Petri. There are no comments at all on the food, a varied table, a choice of several dishes, vegetables and fruits, drinks, coffee for breakfast (respect to the chefs). The beach is downstairs from the hotel (5 minutes crawl), pebble, free sunbeds. There are cafes on site. You will have to walk to the shops. We were a bit unlucky with the weather; it was windy for several days and swimming was prohibited. The animators are also great, they try to come up with entertainment for all ages. A half-hour walk from the sanatorium is Vorontsovsky Park and Vorontsovsky Palace (we liked it), in the other direction is Yusupov Palace (also worth a visit). Overall, a great budget holiday. There is a desire to come back again. I forgot to add - people of all ages relax, and there are a lot of cats on the territory)))

Great place. A mixture of sea, mountain and pine air. The clearest sea. Pebble beach with crushed stone. There are plenty of sun loungers, but places under the canopy in the shade are taken at 6-7 in the morning. At the same time, they can stand busy all day, but no one will come. We lived in building 10. 7 nights. Gorgeous view from the upper floors. The rooms are very modest. Cleaning is not very good. The linen was not changed. Towels 1 time. Disposable shampoo and gel, one sachet per person for 2 days!!! There are 2 elevators in the building. For 10 people (I haven’t worked for the last 3 days), and for 4 people. The animators are great. The food is disgusting. The menu is limited and there is no choice. Drinks are watery. Everything is not very tasty. For lunch, you can pour your own lemonade or beer. But often there are none, or only foam is poured. There are beautiful parks nearby. Overall we liked it. Budget vacation. On the way back, we stopped at the Bakhchisaray peach garden. We recommend.

Very affordable sanatorium not far away from Yalta. Outstanding medical team that will recommend the right treatments. Good food and comfortable beds.

Nice place for a picnic.
