The Gorgo de la Escalera ravine is a year-round aquatic ravine. One of the most spectacular that can be found in Alicante, this gorge is traced through a tributary of the Sellent River, so you have to explore it ready to get splashed. From Alicante Aventura we offer you a guide and material to discover all the captivating details of the Gorgo de la Escalera. To begin, and once you reach the beginning of the Fuente de Godalla via ferrata, you will climb a stone wall using iron staples. This will be a perfect warm-up for the next challenge, a flanking that will make you work all the muscles in your arms. After one more vertical climb, we reach the king obstacle of this itinerary: the zip line. There are 70 meters where you will feel free like a bird. Now, if it scares you too much, you have the alternative of rappelling 25 meters and avoiding it. Once over the zip line, there are more lateral passage areas, a very simple plank bridge and a couple of short rappels to finish. It is not a long via ferrata, so in less time than you imagine you will have overcome it. Of course, you will have a spectacular experience.
