We head towards Ilha dos Frades where calm, crystal clear waters invite us to take a swim, there are natives as well as a snack and a cold drink, we stay for around 2 hours. Next we go to Itaparica Island. Where we will have lunch at a restaurant on the beach, a buffet with good homemade food. Then just relax on the sand or warm waters of the Itaparica sea. At 3:30 pm our guide begins boarding. On the way back, you can enjoy the sunset at our Todos os Santos Bay. Time: SSA-Frades 1:40; Frades-Itaparica 0:40; Itaparica-SSA 1:10.
